Complementary Telephone Consultations

I offer free 15-minute consultations ahead of booking first appointments. This provides us with an opportunity to briefly discuss the issues bringing you to therapy and to check that I am the right person to help you. Please use the contact page to get in touch to arrange a consultation.

Session Fees

Individual therapy sessions are charged at £130.00 per hour (60 minutes).

ISTDP sessions are charged at £195.00 for a 90 minute therapy session.

A deposit may be requested to confirm your first appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
